Trigger

The trigger serves as the initiation point for automation.

Conditions

Conditions are optional but provide precision to automation. They ensure that the automation executes only when certain conditions are met. The conditions can be configured based on:

• Trigger Work/Subtask

  • Filter work/subtask based on certain attributes.

• Subtask of Trigger Work

  • Filter work based on the existence and/or attributes of its subtasks.

• Linked Work of Trigger Work

  • Filter work based on the existence and/or attributes of its linked work.
