Field Management

To enter Field Management:

  1. Click your avatar in the lower left and select System Settings from the menu.

  2. On the next page, select Fields in the sidebar navigator.

Organization admin permissions required

You can view all the global fields on this page. The fields can be added to the work details pane and can be used across the organization.

  • System Fields: set by WorkZappy and cannot be modified, such as Activities, Time Tracking and etc.

  • Organization Fields: can be modified and managed by the organization admin.

Create Organization Fields

  1. Click the Create Field button in the upper right.

  2. Select the field type.

  3. Add a name to the field.

  4. Add a description.

The fields created can be used across the organization.

Modify Fields

Delete Fields

System fields can not be modified or deleted.

Hover on the fields and click the icon to modify the fields information.

Hover over the fields and click the icon to delete the fields.
