Widgets

Add Widgets to Dashboard

Click the Add Widget button at the top right corner to view a list of widgets available. The widgets are organized into categories for easier access.

Find the widgets you need to add, then add them to the dashboard by clicking or dragging and dropping.

Arrange the Widgets

You can move the position of the Widgets or resize them to organize your dashboard.

Move a widget

  1. Click and drag any widget to move it.
  2. Other widgets will adjust themselves automatically.

Resize a widget

  1. Hover over the sides or corners of any widget.
  2. When your cursor becomes a resize arrow, click and drag to resize the widget.

Available Widgets

1. Number Widget

  • Purpose: Displays a numeric or statistical view of specific project data.
  • Use Cases: View total tasks, number of bugs, completed items, etc.

Example: Show “Total Subtasks”

  • Click "Add Widget" → Select "Number" widget.

2. Chart Widget

  • Purpose: Visualize project data using various types of charts to gain insights.
  • Use Cases: Analyze task completion trends, workload distribution, or team performance.
  • Supported Types: Doughnut, Column.

Example: Show “Priority Distribution of Subtasks”

  • Click “Add Widget” → Select “Chart” .

3. Burndown Chart

  • Purpose: Shows remaining work over time within a phase, helping track if the team is on schedule.
  • Use Cases: Phase progress tracking in Agile development.
  • Benefit: Helps identify risk of delays early.

4. Burnup Chart

  • Purpose: Tracks completed work versus the total project scope.
  • Use Cases: Understand how much has been done compared to what remains.
  • Benefit: Helps evaluate if progress aligns with the plan.

5. Cumulative Flow Chart

  • Purpose: Displays the total number of work items in each status (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Done).
  • Use Cases: Analyze workflow efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
  • Benefit: Helps improve team delivery flow and process stability.

6. Kanban Widget

  • Purpose: Visualize the progress of a project or phase in a Kanban-style board.
  • Use Cases: Track task movement across different stages.
  • Tip: Can be combined with Number or Chart widgets for complete project dashboards.

7. Assigned to Widget

  • Purpose: List view to manage task assignments by team member.
  • Use Cases: Monitor workload distribution and check who is responsible for what.
  • Benefit: Helps balance team capacity and responsibilities.

  • Dashboard Combo Suggestion: Combine Kanban + Number + Chart to create a comprehensive project overview.
  • For Phase Monitoring: Use Burndown or Burnup Charts to ensure timely progress.
  • For Process Optimization: Use Cumulative Flow Chart to identify stuck tasks.
  • For Daily Standups: Use Assigned to widget to quickly review each team member’s tasks.
